3/2/2016 - Series Feature

Inspections often need to be performed in intervals (yearly, quarterly, monthly...)  To accommodate this we have a "Create Series" feature available when creating new folders on the web.  This new feature not only allows you to create multiple folders at intervals; it also links all of the folders together.  This linking allows forms to "cascade" down the series.  For example if you add a fire extinguisher inspection to the 3rd folder in the series, that fire extinguisher inspection will cascade down to the remaining folders in the series.  Likewise if you remove a fire extinguisher that fire extinguisher will be removed from the remaining folders in the series (think taking it out of service).
