Priority Resolution - Website

Any questions given a high, medium, or low priority will be shown on the Priorities tab on the website, and also in the "Priorities Found" tab on the Tool Bar of each account, folder, and asset.

Priority Resolution

From the priorities dashboard you can see:

  • How many priorities have been resolved vs unresolved
  • Questions listed by highest priority found
  • Newest priorities found or resolved
  • All answers, photos, and comments on each question

Assign and Resolve Priorities

You can also assign each question with an identified priority to a user to be resolved and give it a due date from the web or directly from the mobile app. This allows you to see new information like:

  • Priorities assigned to me
  • Resolutions that are overdue

Resolve All Priorities

If you want to mark all priorities for an Account, job folder, or Asset as resolved all at once, you can do that as an Admin user from the website.


Just go to your toolbar within the Account, Folder, or Asset and click on the wrench icon to the right of your Sort function to RESOLVE ALL unresolved priorities. The priorities will tag as resolved with the user name that is logged in and time it was marked resolved.
