Your First Folder
Folders are a great way to group similar forms or create a process for your employees. You can create as many folders as you need. Folders can be setup to capture the following information:
- Scheduled dates
- Status (open or closed)
Add a Folder
Foldersin the main menu.
- Select the Folder Type for the new Folder.
- Search for the Account you want to add the folder to.

- Fill in the New Folder details as desired:
- Folder ID: If you do not enter a specific ID, we will generate one for you.
- Folder Type: Required, Select the type of folder you'd like to create.
- Account: Required.
- Schedule Details: Select a start and end time to schedule your folder. You can also add a note for the person(s) you share the folder with.
- Share Folder With: Select people to share the folder with. The folder will display in their schedule as well as yours.
