Why can't I delete an Account?

In order to maintain a history of all forms, folders, and assets previously added to an account, deleting an account is restricted in InspectAll.

We recommend making accounts inactive when you want to hide the account from mobile users, filter views to not see inactive accounts on the web, or want to prevent further work being done on that account.

Make an Account Inactive

  1. Navigate to the individual account's page from anywhere within the web application.
  2. Click Edit within the Account Details.
  3. Under status, set the account to Inactive.
  4. Click Update Account.
