Delete an Account

Deleting accounts in InspectAll is an Admin user function and can only be performed on Accounts that are marked inactive.


IMPORTANT: Deleting an Account will delete the assets, forms complete, folders, contacts, locations, and history for that account. Only delete an account if you no longer want access to that Account's history.


We recommend making accounts inactive when you want to hide the account from mobile users, filter views to not see inactive accounts on the web, or want to prevent further work being done on that account.


Make an Account Inactive

  1. Navigate to the individual account's page from anywhere within the web application.
  2. Click the blue pencil Edit icon within the Account Details.
  3. Under status, set the account to Inactive .
  4. Click Update Account .

Delete an Account

  1. Navigate to the individual account's page from anywhere within the web application.
  2. Click the blue pencil Edit icon within the Account Details.
  3. IF the account has already been marked Inactive, you will be able to click on the Delete Account option at the top right.
  4. You will get a warning that gives you an option to cancel the operation. Click "OK" to delete the account.
