I don't see my Accounts - where are they?
The accounts you will be able to see on your mobile device will depend on your team assignment and when you last synced your device.
There are various reasons why you may not be able to see an Account. Use this troubleshooting guide to figure out what happened.
Did you check through your whole account list?

Accounts are assigned to teams to provide additional levels of security and organization for your company. Users assigned to a team can only access the accounts assigned to that team. Further, only th
By default, InspectAll is setup with an All Users
team. ALL users are added to the All Users
team automatically. Anything associated with the 'All Users' team will be available to everyone. Create specific teams to create more restrictions.
How Team Permissions Work
- Users will only see accounts assigned to teams that they are a member of on the mobile app.
- Users will only be able to create folders permitted to teams that they are a member of on the mobile app.
- Users will only be able to create forms permitted to teams that they are a member of on the mobile app.
Note: Seeing accounts, creating folders, and creating forms can always be done by both Admin and Web users when on https://app.inspectall.com
Why did InspectAll delete my account?
It's important to note that InspectAll will never delete your accounts on its own (say, because your account was inactive). If an account isn't where you expect it to be, then the reason is due to a change made by someone within your company.
None of this helps. I can't find the account!
Please Contact us a request with the exact Account ID of the missing account. We can search the logs for you to see if the account ever existed, if it has been recently deleted, or if you just need to adjust your permissions.
