My Info

The "My Profile" page allows you to change your user settings such as Name, Email and Password. You can see a list describing the Roles you have in the application as well as Teams you are assigned to.

Go to my info.

• Click (Your Name)  > My Profile

You can find "My Profile" at the top right on the website once you login.

After making any changes to your email address or password, be sure to click on "Update Profile" to save the information.

Web Users - Authorizing MFA from the website

If you have Web or Admin access to the InspectAll website, you can authorize MFA from your profile.

• Click "My Profile" on the drop down menu under your name
• Enter the mobile phone number where you want to receive the authorization code to login on your mobile device
• Toggle "MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)" to "On"
• Click to "Update Profile"
