Copy, Update, and Delete Existing Forms
Introduction
Forms that you have can always be changed on the web as your process evolves. Once you have a form that works for you and your users, you can copy it to the same class within the same category. Copying forms will dramatically cut down on time spent creating a whole new form. In the event your process changes dramatically, or you no longer need a form, it can be quickly and easily deleted.
Copy a Form
- Click
(Your Name)
>Form Builder
in the web app - Hover over the form you wish to copy and click the
Copy
. - In the copy dialog, choose Category and Class you'd like to copy it to. Be sure and update the name of the copied form template.
- Click
Copy Form Template
to initiate the copy. When complete you will be redirected to the new form.
Edit a Form
- Click
(Your Name)
>Form Builder
in the web app - Hover over the form you wish to copy and click the
Edit Form Template
(the pencil icon). - Update the necessary information.
- Click
Update Form Template
.
Delete a Form
- Click
(Your Name)
>Form Builder
in the web app - Hover over the form you wish to copy and click the
Delete Form Template
. - Confirm that you understand that this form has questions in it which can no longer be accessed, then click
Yes, delete the Form Template
to delete the form and all questions within the form.
