Can I copy forms between classes?

When you find a form that works well for your workflow and your team, you can use it over and over again within a class. Need a form copied to a different class? Contact Us and we will be happy to help you out! Copying a form will save you the hassle of creating a whole new form!

Copy a Form

1. Click (Your Name) > Form Builder in the web app
2. Find the form you would like to copy and hover over it to reveal the copy icon:

   

3. Click the "Copy Form Template" button to bring up the copy dialog:

   

4. Choose the category and class you would like to copy this form into and give it the name you'd like the copy to have.
5. Click "Copy Form Template" to initiate the copy.
