Releasing this week!  We're excited to announce the latest and greatest iteration of our Form Builder!  Here are a few highlights of what to look forward to:

Drag and Drop Questions

Just click or drag the question type you'd like to add to your form from.  And don't worry, this handy question picker will scroll along with you as you build your form.

New Question Types

You'll also notice there are a two new question types to choose from:

• List/Table - Allows you to capture a list of values or a table of values for a given question.  For example: "List all who attended" or "List out Parts and Labor".
• Formula - You can build formulas that will automatically set the value or selection of this formula question based on other questions in the form.  For example: "Overall Rating" you could automatically set to select "Fail" if one or more previous answers failed or didn't meet a certain threshold.  The possibilities are endless!

Condition Logic

Condition logic allows you to build rules which will show or hide questions based on the answer of a preceding question.  For example, I could build a rule on question "Do you see any cracks?" which if answered yes will then add 3 more additional questions about the crack.  Conversely we could build a rule which if answered a certain way would remove 3 questions below it.

You can add condition logic to any "Single Select" question.
