8/1/2014 - The New News Feed and Web Features
This news feed will be used to let you know what new features or bug fixes we are releasing so that you can always get the most out of your InspectAll app.
We are always working to improve ease of use with InspectAll and make your experience as intuitive as possible. Over the past few months we have released a few features that we think you'll really like!
Automated Billing
Automating the billing process is recent feature release that will make using InspectAll as easy as possible for your company. Under “Billing," InspectAll admins can now enter credit card information, instantly manage user licenses, and access past invoices. The new automated billing will give you the power to manage your account the way you want to.

Folder Settings
We recently revamped our folder settings page! Now, when you go to set up a Folder Type you will have a lot more control over how your reports look, what information displays in the report, and who has access to that folder type. Reports are what gives all of the information you’ve collected meaning, and our goal was to make that informtion more meaningful than ever.
Check out our blog about Focused Folder Types to see how this new feature can work for you.
Clone a Folder to a Future Date
The same inspections and/or audits often repeat weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. To make life easier, once you’ve created a folder for an inspection, you can clone that folder with one quick click. Cloning the folder will create an entirely new folder, with a new folder ID, that contains blank copies of all the forms in the original folder. The ability to clone folders will make it a breeze to plan your inspections, schedule them out, and sit back and rest assured that you and/or your mobile users will have exactly what is needed when it is needed.

New Account Safeguards
When multiple people are working in InspectAll, redundant information can sometimes end up cluttering things up. Problems arise when a user creates an account with out noticing the account already exists... A duplicate account is created, work begins in that account, and chaos ensues. Once an account has been created, and work has been done for that account, the information can not be moved.
We set up a safeguard to prevent against duplicate accounts from being created. Now, when you try to add an account, if the program recognizes that a certain number of characters match an existing account, a warning will pop up. While you will still be able to create the account, this safeguard is simply intended to prevent any mistakes that can cause problems in the future.
