2/19/2014 - Sneak Peek: The New InspectAll Web App

We've been listening to your suggestions about ways to improve our web app and spending countless hours preparing a better way for you to work with InspectAll.

The all new version of the InpsectAll web application gives everyone a more flexible and powerful way to work with their data. There are more features tucked away in more precise and responsive interfaces. The app is faster and easier to work with, and we've even added some new features that are all new.

We're excited to share it with you, but we know that change can be hard. Here's what to expect from the New InspectAll:

Better Tools & Controls

We're introducing advanced filtering and sorting to the Folders, Accounts, and Assets pages. You'll be able to filter your Folders by Type, filter your Accounts by Team, and even filter your Assets by both Status and Class. Now, you can really work with your setup and Export your data and findings right from the same page.

Simplified Searching

We've rolled up a simplified Quick Search in the nav bar to let you quickly search for any Accounts, Folders, Assets, and Forms right away. But don't worry - we didn't take the advanced search away! Instead, we tucked all of the Advanced Searching options in on the corresponding Accounts, Folders, and Assets pages - leaving you a more powerful and intuitive feature to work with.

Improved Support

We've talked to a lot of our customers and learned that almost everyone wants a little more training. The New InspectAll makes it easier to access our relevant support docs right while you're working and watch video tutorials when appropriate.

New Features (Portal & Insights)

We're launching two big new features next week.

First is the start of a new type of user - a Portal user. Portal users have access to an all new Portal site that doesn't allow editing historical data and is scoped to that user's Team. From the Portal, a user can login and download historical reports and folders. Use the Portal for your customers, vendors, or even employees that don't have access to the web.

The second new feature is the Insights page. Insights are available to show user Productivity as well as Risk & Exposure for your Folders, Accounts, and Assets. Be prepared for continuous improvement to our Insights pages!

Starting next week, you'll notice the New InspectAll when you login from the web. Like our normal updates for the web, there's nothing that you need to install or update on your end. We've taken care of that for you!
