Version 3.5 - What's New!

  • New Areas Module allows you add a new Area, drill down to an existing Area, view the Assets, update the name, and delete an Area. Find it by navigating through the Account -> Location and select Areas.
  • Main Menu reorganized and simplified with better access to Help and Support.
  • Administrators can now restrict Mobile Users from adding Accounts to the "All Users" team.
  • Assets information including Area and Location can now more easily be edited from a Form.
  • Login and logout process is more streamlined.
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements.
Version 3.4 - What's New!
  • Video, Audio, and additional files are now supported as File resources for a Question.
  • Formula logic added to multi-select. Scores are now the sum of all selections in the multi-select.
  • Question numbering is now updated on the Form when the Form is updated.
  • Updated popup to let you know if a Firewall is preventing you from Sync.
  • Loading of a form is now done asynchronously on a separate thread to improve response time and make the App snappy!
  • Cloning an Asset now defaults to (1) instead of (2).

  • New improved navigation with slide out menu.
  • New Look where Folders look like folders and Forms actually look like Forms. No more wondering whether you're looking at a folder or a form in a plain list.
  • More powerful database. The database has been upgraded with a focus on data entry speed and retrieval.
  • Additional fields and options for capturing data such as a new "Time" field, and more options for reference fields.
  • Calculated fields which can do calculations out in field based on predefined formulas based on input.
  • Asset entry simplified to allow attributes and serials to be capture in the form along with the form questions.
  • "Auto Progress" option added under settings to automatically move you to the next question when a "Good" priority has been marked.
