2/28/2017 - Service Disruption

Hello there,

We're proud to say we survived the great Amazon Web Service outage of 2017!  As you may have heard in the news, Amazon had an outage which affected the likes of Netflix, Yahoo, Reddit, and of course the most important service of all InspectAll :)  You may have seen an error on our site or experienced intermittent issues.  The biggest annoyance for me was having the report service down which prevented us from serving up the beautiful inspection reports you work so hard to produce :(

The good news is all services were up and running as of 6 pm eastern this evening.  But don't worry, no data was lost.  We've worked hard to create a platform that can handle the worst the internet throws at us.  Best of all the mobile services worked great; so aside from downloading reports, your techs wouldn't have noticed a thing if woking on their phones or iPads (here's a secret, they're designed to work offline just fine; so they're pretty armageddon proof)

I'm sure it's been a bit crazy for y'all as well, so please feel free to reach out to support if you have any further questions or concerns.  And most of all thanks for being such awesome customers!
