Microsoft Edge Report Downloads

We've identified a bug in the Microsoft "Edge" browser SmartScreen filter which prevents InspectAll reports from being downloaded from the web app.  The browser used to ask you if you wanted to download, now it prevents all downloads completely.  Below are the steps to fix the issue:

1: Go to the "Settings" menu from the Edge main menu (... button in the top right)

2. Go to "View Advanced Settings" (bottom of settings)

3. Turn off "Help protect me from malicious sites and downloads with Windows Defender SmartScreen" (very last option)

4. That's it!  Your downloads should prompt you again as they used to.
