I accidentally deleted a form, can I get it back?

Yes, you can restore deleted forms as long as they have been synced from your mobile device. If you delete a form on the mobile app before syncing, it cannot be restored as it only lives locally on your device until you sync it to the cloud to be available in your account.

In order to see forms that have recently been deleted, make sure that your dashboard is setup to show Forms Deleted on your Dashboard.

You will also see all forms that have been deleted in the folder's audit log.

From the Folder

1. Navigate to the Folder the form was deleted within.
2. Click the Audit Log tab.
3. Find the form in the Audit Log and click Restore Form beside the form.

From the Asset

1. Navigate to the Asset the form was deleted within.
2. Click the Audit Log tab.
3. Find the Form in the Audit Log and click Restore Form beside teh Form.
