Sync Preference

Overview

Sync preference details which update (Updates done on the web, or updates done on a mobile device) will be saved.

Who has "Preference" when updating a record in InspectAll?

If a user on their mobile has updated the record since the last sync, when they sync up, it will overwrite the record in the system. 

InspectAll gives preference to the field data (which is correct and typically the most up to date). 

The proper way to update the data a mobile user sees from the website, would be to have them sync the new data they've collected, then update the record on the web, then have them sync again.
