03/13/2020 - Android now has Picture Annotation!

Picture Annotation is now available on your Android devices.  

After taking a picture in InspectAll on your Android device, you can tap on the image and draw on it.  Your caption option will be available in that same screen.  Be sure to update your app from the Google Play store to see the change.

We will continue to add features to the Android platform as development and testing are finalized.
