Follow-Up on a Folder

Introduction

Once you find a process that works for your company or your team, you'll want to maintain consistency by using it over and over again. Maintaining successful workflow in InspectAll is easy by sharing or copying folders. Use schedule follow-up to remind yourself to work on a folder in the future or automate recurring folders.

Mobile Instructions

Share an existing folder to a future date:

  1. Tap the Folder you want to schedule by locating it in the app.
  2. Tap Share in the top right of the screen.
  3. Tap Schedule Follow-up.
  4. Tap Re-schedule this Folder to schedule the existing folder to a future date.
  5. Tap when you would like to schedule the follow-up. You can select 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
  6. Tap Create Folder.

To copy an existing folder:

  1. Tap the Folder you want to copy by locating it in the app.
  2. Tap Share in the top right of the screen.
  3. Tap Schedule Follow-up.
  4. Tap Copy this Folder and Re-schedule to copy the entire folder and its contents to a future date. The forms in the copied folder will not have any of their answers copied.
  5. Tap when you would like to schedule the follow-up. You can select 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
  6. Edit the new folder details.
  7. Tap Create Folder.

To share an existing folder for a new date or user:

  1. Click Calendar from the main menu.
  2. Click the arrow in the top right corner of the scheduled event.
  3. In the dropdown, select Share.
  4. Once you've clicked this, you can now click anywhere on the calendar to share the event. Shared schedules can be pasted to one or more days by clicking and dragging in an available space.
  5. When you are done sharing the schedule, simply close the pop-up by clicking x in the top right corner of the shared schedule's popup.

Share a Folder Web

To copy an existing folder:

  1. Click Folders from the main menu.
  2. Click + Add Folder.
  3. Click Copy Existing.
  4. Enter the first few letters or numbers of the folder you want to copy. Then select the appropriate folder from the list that appears below.
  5. Click Create Folder.
