Schedule your Teams


You can make scheduling folders easier by filtering the users you see in your calendar by team. Once you have selected one or more teams, only members of those teams will appear on the schedule. This will eliminate the time spent scrolling through all of your users to schedule a specific folder.

By default, InspectAll is setup with an All Users team. ALL users are added to the All Users team automatically. Only admin users will be able to select the 'All Users' team. Web users will only be able to select teams they are members of.

Filter Your Calendar by Team

  1. Click Calendar from the main menu.
  2. Click into the calendar settings (the tiny cog button in the top right of the Calendar).
  3. Select the teams you would like to see on your calendar.
  4. Click Save Settings.
