Reorder or Rename sections on form template

You can reorder the sections or rename them on a form template in Form Builder.  The section headers are the green bar that shows up on the mobile app that organizes the sections on your forms.

Reorder Headings

First, Unpublish the form template.

Then click on "Reorder Headings".

In the popup window, click the equal sign icon beside the heading you want to move and drag it to a new location.

Rename Headings

To rename a section heading, first unpublish the form.

Then click on the blue pencil icon beside the section header you want to rename and make the changes.

NOTE:  Form sections cannot have duplicate names, so be sure to give each section a unique name.
