Merge Accounts

If you need to merge two Accounts, please contact us at support@inspectall.com

We are able to merge two accounts on our end. We will need to know the Account names and IDs that you want to merge.

Merging an account into another account will perform the following actions:

• Folders - Move each folder in this account into the target account.
• Locations - Any Locations found in the Folder/Forms/Assets in these Folder will be compared by name to the locations in the destination customer. If they don't exist, then the location is cloned over to the new customer and the objects are assigned to that newly cloned location
• Forms - Forms remain in the folder and are simply moved with the Folder.
• Assets -ALL the assets in these folders are MOVED over to the target account
• Contacts - All contacts in this account are moved to the target account
