06/05/2025 - Microsoft Word Bug - DO NOT UPDATE

The latest version of Microsoft Word has a bug in it that is not allowing .doc files to open. This happened in the latest release. We have yet to find a work around. This is happening to other files as well. The only options right now until Microsoft can issue a bug fix is to export the report to Excel or open the Word doc in Google Docs or Apple Pages.

We are hoping Microsoft issues a fix soon. If you also have a computer that has not updated to the latest version you can open the .doc files on it. For now those are the only work arounds. We advise you to not update to the latest Microsoft Word version until they have released a fix.
