Report Options in InspectAll

Overview

You most likely already know about the Folder and Form reports you can pull from the web and mobile.  But there are many other reports you have access to from the InspectAll website as well.

  • Folder Report.  This report is your "pretty" report that compiles all forms in a job folder (with the pictures, issues, comments etc) that you may provide to your customer.  You would pull this report, for instance, on an Annual Safety Assessment of a facility.  It may include an observational safety audit, your ladders, fall protection, fire extinguishers, etc for that year's annual assessment.  Or it could be a daily inspection on a job site and include all the forms you have set up for that folder type.  You can pull this report in a variety of formats (PDF, Word, Excel).  Details can be found here.
  • Condensed Folder Report. This report looks a lot like the older carbon copy folder reports with tables and without the additional pictures and comments. You can read more about this option here.
  • Form Report.  Form reports are a report on an individual form, and do not contain a table of contents or cover sheet.
  • Forms completed by Team (Bar Chart * Table).  This report can be pulled in Insights.  You can see all Users or specific teams.
  • Priorities Found (Low Medium High).  This report an be pulled in Insights.  It shows all issues found for all forms completed within a date range.  You can filter it by account, type, location, date completed, etc, with Excel.
  • Priorities Export.  This report can be pulled under an account, or from the Priorities tab (to see all accounts).  It can be filtered as well.  It will show you all priorities found (and can also be filtered by resolved/unresolved), the question heading (to show you what type of issue it is), the question, the Form Type, who did it, comments, etc.
  • Report - Questions with Answers by Form Type.  This is a great report to see where issues are trending.  You can pull this report in Insights.  It's specific to the form type.  So you can see, for instance, where have I seen issues on Mock OSHA audits for the last year.  Or Fire Extinguishers, etc.
  • Asset Report.  This report is specific to a single asset.  So for any asset tracking forms, when one is completed or an issue is identified, it will record it under the asset and show you a complete inspection history for that specific asset.  Read more about it here.
  • Risk & Exposure.  This report is also found in Insights and gives you a snap shot, by date range, of the "Accounts" with the most priorities identified.  You can include or exclude resolved issues, and see what locations have the most problem areas.
  • User Productivity .  The report is found in Insights and again, is a snapshot of individual user activity within a date range. So you can see who is doing what and if the required number of forms are being completed by any users.  A lot of our clients use this report to determine bonuses or compliance with company safety requirements.
  • Overdue Priorities.  This report is part of the Priorities Export, but is filtered to show only issues that were assigned a due date but not resolved by that due date.  This report can be pulled under an account, or from the Priorities tab (to see all accounts). Again, it can be filtered as well. It will show you all priorities found (and can also be filtered by resolved/unresolved), the question heading (to show you what type of issue it is), the question, the Form Type, who did it, comments, etc.
  • Asset Omissions Report. If you do asset inspections (internally or as a service), ask us about the Asset Omissions Report.  This report will show all assets for a specified team that have no inspections/forms completed since a given date.  It's a great way to run a quick report to see if you've missed something at your facility or at your customer's facility. Or read more about it here.
  • Activity Log By User. This report displays the last 1000 activities logged for a user (similar to what you would see on the dashboard) NOTE: Only select one user. This report does not work when multiple users are selected.
  • Certificate Report.  Some of our crane and equipment inspection clients provide a certificate of inspection to their customers after completing an inspection.  InspectAll offers a standard "Certificate Report" with a generic certificate option that will automatically populate with your folder report.  If you are interested in having this report added to your account, please contact us at support@inspectall.com and the report can be added to your account at no charge.  Read more about it here.
  • Quote Report.  The quote module allows you to pull a report from the website on a folder that details only priorities found.  The additional fields that are allowed within this module provide you a place to enter information such as parts, labor, and hour costs.  These will calculate in the Quote Report that you pull form the folder.  Read more about it here

Subscription Reports

There are also a few Insights Reports that can be set up as a subscription to be emailed to various users.   Some Subscription Reports can be set up in your User Interface as a Web or Mobile user.  Others are set up by our support team, so if you are interested, send an email to support@inspectall.com and we will help you get started.
