How many Assets can I have?
InspectAll allows you to add as many assets as your company needs. Assets can be added quickly using the import sheet, or can be added incrementally over time.

To make sure that finding an asset is always easy, InspectAll can recognize Serial Numbers, Barcodes, and QR codes; just use the InspectAll scanner to instantly locate the asset you need.
Barcodes and Quick Response (QR) Codes work with the iPhone and iPad’s built-in camera. Leveraging (13) unique bar code standards, InspectAll works seamlessly with existing barcode infrastructure and provides a mobile user quick, accurate, and informative information.
Save an Asset's Barcode or QR Code
- Tap
Accounts
from the Main Menu of the mobile app. - Tap the account the asset is in.
- Tap
Assets
. - Tap the asset you want to add a barcode to.
- Tap the asset information at the top of the screen.
- Beside one of the two ID fields, tap the
barcode
icon. - With your device's camera (or Bluetooth scanner), bring the code into focus until you hear an audible beep.
Search for an Asset by Barcode or QR Code from Accounts
- Tap

Print out QR Serialized Tags
Sometimes using manufacturer barcodes to track all of your assets can be an unpredictable standard. What happens if the barcode is unreadable or there is no barcode on the asset you want to track. With InspectAll you can print and tag all of your assets using our QR Serialized Tags.
Our print template is formatted to fit Avery 6578, 6575, and 6579 durable labels which can be purchased at any office supply store.

QR Serialized Tags (Avery)
from the reports. - Select the Avery labels you want to print (15, 2, or 1 QR Code per sheet).
- Select the QR Code number you want the labels to start and end with.
