I've published the form, but I can't see it on the App?
Once a form is published on the web, it is made available for users to add on the mobile App.
There are a couple of reasons why you may not be able to add a form on the mobile.
Sync Your Device
Syncing your device will ensure you have the most up to date information. If a form was published after your last sync, you will not see it on your mobile. To sync your mobile, make sure you are connected to the internet and then simply pull down on your main navigation menu.
Check Your Permissions
Depending on your team assignment, you may be restricted from adding certain forms. To find out what forms you have access to ask you InspectAll Administrator what your team permissions are.
