My Roles
There are 3 roles available in InspectAll that you can have. In the My Profile page, only the roles you've been assigned will display. Possible roles are:
Administrator: Being an administrator means you can access the entire InspectAll system on both the mobile and web applications. An administrator also has extra settings on the web including report branding, users, teams, asset statuses, folder settings, and the form builder. If you are an admins you can:
- Login to web and mobile app.
- See data from everyone.
- View and edit all data.
- See everyone's recent activity.
- View and edit company settings.
- View and edit users and teams.
- Build forms and setup assets.
Web User: Web users are users who can only login to InspectAll's web app. Example: Inspectors, Auditors, etc. If you are a web user you can:
- Login to web app.
- See data from your teams.
- View and edit all online data.
- See your teams recent activity.
Mobile User: Mobile users are users who can only login to InspectAll's mobile app. Additionally, mobile user's will only see Accounts, Folders, and Forms that have been assigned or permitted within the Teams they are within. Example: Technicians, Drivers, etc. If you are a mobile user you can:
- Login to mobile app.
- See data from your teams.
- View and edit all mobile data.
- Capture photos and signatures.
- Scan barcodes.
