Why can't I add new questions to my form?

Questions can only be added to a form by an admin on the web. If you have additional information you would like to add to a form, the text box is a perfect resource.

Add a Comment

Every question on a form allows for one comment. To add a comment:

1. Tap into the Form.
2. Tap the question you want to add a comment to.
3. Tap the area below the question to enter a comment. (1,000 character limit)
