Email a question

How do I email a single question to a non-user?

From within the app, click on the DOWN ARROW icon at the top right.

Then, select "Email this Question."

Once you've clicked on "Email this question", the app will pull up the email client you have set up on your device.  From here, you can type in an email address or select an email or contact from your address book within your own email.

The email that is sent will include the Customer Name, Class Name, Form Name, Asset ID1 (if asset tracking form is used), Header, question, answer, priority level, comment, Resolution Details, picture(s) taken within the question, and description of the picture based on the caption.

Note:  Emailing a question is currently only available on the Apple (iOS) version of the InspectAll app.

You must have an email client configured on your mobile device for question emailing to work.  Emails work on your own email client, and is not a feature supplied by InspectAll.
