User Sync Logs

As an administrator in InspectAll, you have access to see all of your users' sync stats right from the website. 

Click on your name at the top right and select "Users" from the drop down menu.

To the right of each user, you will see an "activity" section.  The activity will show you first the last  last Web sync:

And then the mobile sync:

You can click on the date/time beside the appropriate selection, and see a complete listing of the sync history for either.

Syncs are performed in two parts, a data sync and a picture sync.  If no new pictures are added, you will only see a Data Sync for a time period.  If you have a large amount of pictures to sync, be sure your sync finishes COMPLETELY (both data and picture sync) before minimizing your InspectAll app on your mobile device.
