Insights Reports

We have several reports that can be downloaded in InspectAll through the Insights Tab on the website.

These reports are data dumps of information collected in the field over time.  

List of Reports

Below is a description of each report you can download and instructions on how to download them.

Priorities Found (Low, Medium, or High)

Description

This report exports all questions given a low, medium, or high priority between the dates selected. It also includes the question's form name, answer, answer date, resolve status, and user who answered the question. Max export of 65,000 rows.

How to download this report

  • Go to Insights from within the web app.
  • Click Download beside the report.
  • Select the Start Date and End Date to filter the data to only priorities found between those date.
  • Click Download Report .
  • Click Download after the report is done generating.

Asset QR Code Tags

Description

Print scannable asset tags that fit Avery rugged tags 6578. This prints 15 tags per page.

How to download this report

  • Go to Insights from within the web app.
  • Click Download beside the report.
  • Enter a Prefix if you want a specific prefix for every label.
  • Enter a Start Value and an End Value for the tags. The number range between the start and end value will determine how many tags are printed.
  • Click Download Report .
  • Click Download after the report is done generating.

Export Forms

Description

Export all forms within the selected team's accounts. Each form's name, id, account, location, date created, and date completed are shown.

How to download this report

  • Go to Insights from within the web app.
  • Click Download beside the report.
  • Select the Start Date and End Date to filter the data to only forms created between the dates selected.
  • Select Teams to filter the data to only forms within the selected team's accounts.
  • Click Download Report .
  • Click Download after the report is done generating.

Forms Completed By Team (Bar Chart & Table)

Description

See forms completed by the selected teams. Each user's number of forms completed and the types of forms completed are shown.

How to download this report

  • Go to Insights from within the web app.
  • Click Download beside the report.
  • Select the file format of the report.
  • Select the Start Date and End Date to filter the data to only forms created between the dates selected.
  • Select Forms to filter the data to only show selected forms.
  • Select Teams to filter the data to only forms within the selected team's accounts.
  • Click Download Report .
  • Click Download after the report is done generating.

Forms Completed By Users (Table)

Description

See a list of forms completed by the selected users. Each form's account, name and date completed are shown. Note: only admins can download this report

How to download this report

  • Go to Insights from within the web app.
  • Click Download beside the report.
  • Select the file format of the report.
  • Select the Start Date and End Date to filter the data to only forms created between the dates selected.
  • Select Users to filter the data to only show selected users.
  • Click Download Report .
  • Click Download after the report is done generating.

Questions with Answers by Form Type

Description

See all answers within the selected type of form. Each answer's question, comment and score are shown.

How to download this report

  • Go to Insights from within the web app.
  • Click Download beside the report.
  • Select the Start Date and End Date to filter the data to only forms completed between the dates selected.
  • Select Forms to filter the data to only show selected forms.
  • Select Teams to filter the data to only forms within the selected team's accounts.
  • Click Download Report .
  • Click Download after the report is done generating.

Admin Activity Logs

Description

Admin users can make changes to system wide objects like Form Template, Folder Types, and Teams settings.


When these changes are made, we log who made the change, when it happened, and what the change was.


How to download this report


You are able to pull the reports for these activities in the Insights Tab of the InspectAll website when logged in as an Admin user.
