Turn on Auto Updates for the Apple InspectAll app
Turn on Auto Update for your Apple Device Apps
Go to "Settings" on the iPad, then to "App Store" and make sure "App Updates" is on.
Manually Update the InspectAll app
If you want to manually update your InspectAll app, go to the "App Store" on the Apple device, search "InspectAll" and if there is an "Update" option where you see the "Open" option on the screen shot below, click the "Update" button to update the app to the latest version.
Update your Apple Software
You will also want to ensure you are the latest operating system available for your Apple Device. Every time Apple does a software update, we update InspectAll to make sure they work together. You can update your software by going to "Settings" on the device, then "General" and then select "Software Update".
If your device is up to date, you will see a message that tells you so. If not, you will see an option to update the software in that window.
You can also turn on automatic updates for the Apple Software as well. Just click on the "Automatic Updates" in this same window, and turn it on there.
