Overview
From the InspectAll website, you are able to attach files to a Folder that are accessible from the web or iOS and Android mobile App.
Our customers use this feature to attach work orders, purchase orders, instructions, invoices, or even best practice documents for reference on the mobile or web.
Viewing these files requires internet or cell access on an iOS or Android mobile device.
To add Folder files on the InspectAll website
- Go into the Folder
- Click on the green + icon to the left hand side under the folder details.
- Clicking this icon will open up the files on your computer (the same as when you attach a file to an email, for example).
- Select the file(s) you want to attach. Those files will now be accessible on the website from within the Folder or in the Folder Details on the mobile app.

From within the Folder Details
Go into the folder on the mobile app and click anywhere on the manilla tab to get into the Folder Details
If the folder has files attached, you will see a number to indicate how many files are available beside the "Files" field. Tap on the filed to access the files.
