Edit an Account


We know that things change, do you can always edit all details of an account after it's been added. Editing an account is a powerful way to ensure that all of your customers' information is up to date. With InspectAll, updates can be made easily on the go using your mobile device, or from the Web App. Any changes made to an account will be reflected as soon as users associated with the account sync their device or refresh their screen.

Edit an Account

Mobile Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Accounts List.
  2. Locate the account you want to edit in the list and tap the row to go the Account screen.
  3. Tap Edit in the top right of the screen.
  4. Edit the Name, ID, Address, City, State, Zip and Country of the Account as desired.
  5. Edit the Team assignment by selecting one or more of the Teams (if applicable).
  6. Tap Done.

NOTE: Any changes you make to an account on your mobile device will be reflected on everyone else's devices with the same permission

Web Instructions

  1. Navigate to the individual account's page from anywhere within the application.
  2. Click Edit within the Account Details.
  3. Edit the Name, ID, Status, Address, City, Status, Zip, and Country as desired.
  4. Assign the Account to All Users or choose one or more Team(s) by clicking the checkbox beside the team or teams.
  5. Click Update Account.
