Quick Inspect mobile option on iOS

The new "Quick Inspect" option on the iOS mobile app allows you to scan an asset by QR Code or RFID tag from within a folder before selecting the class or form template. 

Don't worry, you can still choose to select the form first if you prefer, but this option will be handy when utilizing QR codes or RFID when adding your forms to a folder.

This new feature is currently available on the iOS (Apple) app only and will be released to the Android app in the future.

When adding your assets to a folder on the iOS mobile app, you can choose the asset first, and then the form, or the form first, and then the asset.

Choose the Form Option (Standard)

• Tap + Form in the Folder
• Tap on "Form Type"
• Select your Form
• Then tap on the "Select Existing Assets" to choose assets for that account and form or "Create New Asset" if you want to add an asset to your database.

Choose the Asset Option (New)

• Tap + Form in the Folder
• Tap on "Asset"
• Select your asset (search by ID1 or ID2 or scan your QR or bar code)
• Then select the form you want to use for that asset
