07/08/23 - Exclude forms in a printed report - New Feature

This new option allows you to pick which forms to exclude in your standard PDF folder report prior to downloading it. Previously, the "completed" designation was the only option to select which forms are included in a folder report.

The first iteration of this feature is being released this weekend and will allow you to tap an "Eye" icon to exclude specific forms from the download.

Look for the new icon to the right of the form inside a folder on the Forms list. If you tap the blue eye icon, it will turn gray and will then be set to be excluded from the report.

We will continue to add other functionality to this feature as we roll it out and make it available on the mobile apps, but for now, it is only available on the InspectAll website.
