Hide a Form Template from a Report by Default

To hide a form template from a report as the default, go to Form Builder on the website as an Admin user.

Click on the Edit button beside the form template you want hidden in Folder Reports by default.

Under the "Default Visibility" option, click on the "Hidden" button then save the template.

Clicking this option on the form template will hide it by default from any folder report download.

You can manually override this setting once the form template has been added to a folder by clicking on the "Eye" icon from within the folder on the website.
