Admin Activity Log

Admin users can make changes to system wide objects like Form Template, Folder Types, and Teams settings.

When these changes are made, we log who made the change, when it happened, and what the change was.

You are able to pull the reports for these activities in the Insights Tab of the InspectAll website when logged in as an Admin user.

The following activities are logged around Admin changes. The reports included in Insights are the standard format. Form Template

For the form template audit, you can pull information by form template name to find the following results.

• Form Template Exported
• Form Template Updated
• Form Template Created
• Form Template Copied
• Form Template Exported
• Question Headings Reordered
• Question Heading Added
• Question Heading Updated
• Question Heading Deleted
• Question Created
• Question Updated
• Question Deleted
• Question Copied

Folder Type

For the Folder Type audit, you can pull information by Folder Type name to find the following results.

• Folder Type Created

Team

For the Team audit log, you can pull information by Team name to find the following results.

• Team Created
• Team Updated
• User Added to Team
• User Removed from Team
• Account Added to Team
• Account Removed from Team
• Folder Type Added to Team

• Form Template Added to Team
• Form Template Removed from Team

User Audit Log

The following activities can be seen specific to a user. Pull the User Audit report and select the individual user to see the following information associated with that user.
