Move Assets to another Account With History

Individual assets cannot be moved from one account to another in InspectAll, however, you are able to move FOLDERS to another account, which will move the asset or clone it.

If you have assets that have forms in multiple folders, and you want all those forms moved to another account along with the asset, that's a function the InspectAll team will need to perform on the backend.

This function can be performed by either moving all folders from one account to another (account merge) or, if you have select forms in folders that you want moved, moving those forms to their own folders.

If you want specific assets moved to another account WITH their history, you will need to move any forms for the assets to another folder or folders out of their existing folders. You can create new folder(s) first for the purpose of the asset move (or the move will also move all the other forms for other assets in the folder as well).

Once you do, contact InspectAll with the account name and Folder ID for the origin account and the account name and Account ID for the destination account. We can do this move for you on the back end. This move performs the following function:

• Assets - the assets are MOVED regardless of other forms done in other folders.  This means you need to move EVERY FOLDER in this account with forms for those assets over to avoid inconsistencies where an asset is attached to forms in different accounts.
