Refund Policy

All sales are final, but...

We want you to be happy, so our refund policy is simple: If you're ever unhappy with InspectAll, for any reason, just drop us an email at support@inspectall.com and we'll look into it and work on a partial refund. Here's a few examples of partial refunds that we'll grant:

  • If you forgot to cancel InspectAll and were just charged for the next period, we're happy to refund the extra charge if you weren't using the program.
  • If you just started using InspectAll in the past 3 months, and you just weren't happy with it - you can have your money back (minus any setup fees, packages, or custom development).
  • If we experienced extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service during the week and it took multiple days to get back to you, we'll issue a partial credit for the month.
