Quote Report

Quote Module

Overview

The quote module allows you to pull a report from the website on a folder that details only priorities found.  The additional fields that are allowed within this module provide you a place to enter information such as parts, labor, and hour costs.  These will calculate in the Quote Report that you pull form the folder.

The standard quote module/report can be added to your account at no charge with the purchase of the professional start up package. If you want changes made the to fields (format, calculations, etc), or other minor customizations there is a one-time fee of $500.  For more complex updates, provide us with the specifications and a mock up and we will send you a quote.

How does it work?

The way this feature is designed to work, is to populate up to 3 additional fields (labeled as you see fit) whenever a question on a form is answered with any priority other than "good" or "n/a". The information you input is viewable from within a form on the web, but does not show up on the customer's standard folder report.

The fields can be customized to be either numerical dollar value (which will provide a subtotal and total on the report and format as a dollar value), Text (which will allow you to enter parts description or number, for instance), a date field, or a time field.

Pull the Quote Report

Once you are done with the forms in a folder, you can pull a "Quote Worksheet" report that will calculate those fields and show only the questions where a priority was marked, the comments you entered for those questions, and the sub-totals and totals for the forms.

To pull the report, go into the folder on the website, click "Download Report" and choose the "Quote Report."

The report that populates will show only questions where a priority was entered, the answers, the comments enter for those question, and whatever values/information you input on those additional fields on the mobile or web.  The header information will be your standard report branding image, the customer Account name and address, Folder ID, Form Name(s) from the forms in the folder, and the folder ID.
