Team Priorities Feature

Overview

The Team Priorities feature allows a mobile user to see priorities assigned to them individually, or to anyone on their Team(s).  A mobile user will be able to see the priorities, resolve them, or assign them to other user(s) on their Team(s).

How it works

From the mobile app, Tap on the "My Priorities" option on the main menu.

From the next screen, you can choose to see priorities assigned specifically to you by selecting "Assigned to Me" on the drop down menu.

Or see priorities assigned to anyone on a specific team by tapping on "Assigned to Team" and then selecting the Team you want to see.

Once you are in the view you want, tap on any priority to see more details or take action.

Once you have marked the priority "Resolved" or assigned it to another user, it will be removed from the list of priorities in your view.

You can also SORT any of the Priority List Views.


Additional Details:

The Team Priority and Mobile Priority Resolution features are both optional.  If you want these features turned on for your account, please have an administrator contact us.  

Both features require internet access or cell service to populate the priorities as the app is retrieving real-time information.
