Mobile Priority Resolution

Overview

The Mobile Priority Resolution feature allows a mobile user to see and manage priorities that are assigned to them from their iOS or compatible Android mobile device.

How it works

When a user logs into InspectAll on their mobile device, they can go to the menu, and click on the "My Priorities" tab, and see a list of outstanding issues assigned to them, with details, and a due date,  They are able to mark the priorities resolved from there, or assign them to someone else if necessary (the next person in the workflow).

Click the menu and select "My Priorities"

The next screen will list any priorities that have been assigned to you.

From here, tap on the priority you want to manage.  Then mark it as resolved and/or enter in additional comments about what you did.

You can also assign it to another user from this screen.

Details

- My Priorities requires internet or cellular signal to work as it is retrieving real-time information

- The My Priorities feature is optional, and can be turned on for your account by sending a request to support@inspectall.com or contacting your InspectAll representative directly.
