Restore a Deleted Folder
If you accidentally delete a folder, just go into the Account for that folder on the InspectAll website, and click on the Activity Log. You will see an option (green button) that reads, "Restore Folder".
Just click the button to restore the folder to the website. If you restore a deleted folder, the folder and forms within the folder will be added back to your account. The folder SCHEDULE does not get restored, so ensure that you are rescheduling it to the appropriate users. Mobile users will want to do a sync to be able to have access to it again.
Please note that you can only restore a folder that was deleted AFTER it was synced. If you deleted the folder before it was synced to your account, then it is not recoverable.
