Search for an Asset
Introduction
InspectAll makes it easy to find your assets, no matter how many you have. Limit the number of assets displayed on the web or on the mobile by searching for specific ID's, accounts, or descriptions.
Search for an Asset
Mobile Instructions
There are two ways to search for an asset on the mobile. You can search for an asset when viewing an account, or when adding a form that has been designated an "asset tracker."
Search for an Asset in Accounts
- Tap
Accounts
from your main navigation bar. - Tap the
Account
you will be working on. - Tap
Assets
. - Use the top search bar to limit assets by ID1, ID2, or Asset Type. or
- Scroll through the list of assets assigned to the account
Find an asset while adding a form
- Tap
Folders
from your main navigation bar. - Tap
+ Form
. - Tap
Form Type
. - Add the form for the asset you will be tracking.
- Tap
Select Existing Assets
. - Scroll through the list or search by ID1, ID2, or Asset Type.
Web Instructions
Quick Search
- Use the Quick Search bar at the top right on the web.
- Enter Asset ID1 or ID 2, and click on the folder from the search results.
Basic Asset Search
- Click
Assets
on the top navigation bar. - Sort by Newest, Oldest, ID1, ID2, Account Name, or Location Name.
- Use the
</>
to scroll through the list.
Advanced Search
Filter by Asset Status
- Select one or more assets statues to filter by.
- Select No Status to return to the full asset list.
Filter by Asset Type
- Select the asset types(s) you would like to filter by.
- Unselect the box to remove one or all filter(s)
Advanced Asset Search
Enter one or all of the search fields to refine the search as much as you want or need. NOTE: You do not need to enter all of the fields to use the advance search
- Click
Search:Asset
. - Enter Account Name or Account ID.
- Enter ID1.
- Enter ID2.
- Enter Asset Description.
- Input the dates the asset was created between.
- Check Created by me to view only the assets you created.
- Click
Search
