Can I assign Assets to my Users?

You can assign assets inspections to your users by scheduling them to a folder. Use the folder description to let your users know exactly what they need to inspect and what kinds of inspections they need to conduct. When your mobile user syncs, he or she will see that the a folder has been added to the schedule, know exactly what assets need to be inspected, and will be able to add the forms they need.

Assigning permissions to users will limit what accounts that user can add assets and folder to.
