Customer Access

Overview

InspectAll provides two options for your customers to access their reports and information you've collected for their account.  

Option 1 - Portal License

The Portal license allows your customers to login to the Portal website and see their completed folder reports in PDF format.

Option 2 - Premium Customer Access

These customer access logins allow your clients to see all things associated with their account, but no other account.  They have read only access and are not able to edit, delete, or add information.  They will be able to run reports on their assets, job folders, and forms, as well as download asset lists.
