Search for an Asset or Form from within a folder

• Tap Folders  from your main navigation bar.
• Tap the search bar and enter in the Form Template Name, Note keyword, Asset ID1 or ID2, Location, Area, or Description Keyword.
• You can also enable the option to search by Asset Attribute.

Search for an Asset or Form within a Folder

Within a folder on the website, click in the box to the right of the "Sort" function and enter the form name, form notes, asset type,  ID1 or ID2 for assets, or using keywords for Location or Area.

You can also SORT forms within a folder by Newest, Oldest, Recently Completed, Incompleted, Locatoin Name, Form Template Name, Asset ID1, Asset ID2, or Total Priorities Found.
