Optional Features
As an InspectAll client, you have access to all of our great features (old and new) at no additional charge! Some of our features, however, are optional as it may not be something you want to implement at your organization. If you want any of the optional features turned on for your account, no problem! Just have an admin user from your organization email us at support@inspectall.com and we will add it to your account.

Time Feature
Allows your mobile users to punch in and out from the mobile app and apply time to a folder
Mobile Priority Roll - Over
The Priority Roll-over feature was developed for InspectAll clients who want to see an asset’s priorities identified on the last inspection of a specific type, when filling out a new form.
Folder Notes and Account Notes
Folder and Account notes allow you to choose up to three fields, labeled how you want, to enter internal data for a Job Folder and/or specific to an account that doesn't populate on your customer report.
Mobile Priority Resolution
The Mobile Priority Resolution feature allows a mobile user to see and manage priorities that are assigned to them from their iOS or compatible Android mobile device. You can also turn on a resolution feature that allows you to resolve priorities based on your Team set up. Teams Priority Feature.
Permissions Features
In addition to the permissions for users found in the User Menu on the website, you can also deny Folder Creation, Asset Creation, and Location creation for your mobile users. Just send an email to support@inspectall.com and we can set it up for you.
Portal Licenses
The InspectAll Portal is a feature that allows you to share all folders created in a particular Team with a non-Inspectall user (such as your customers or sales team).
Form Templates
As an InspectAll client, you always have access to our Form Builder Feature which allows you to edit and create your form templates right from the InspectAll website as an Admin user. We also have a ton of standard forms already built, so if you need a form template from our extensive form library added to your account, just let us know. These form templates can serve as a great starting point to give you some ideas on how to set up your forms.
Report Customization
You already know about all the helpful features you have to allow you to customize your folder report output right from your access on the web (in Folder Settings).
In addition to those options, there are also a few things we can do on the backend to modify your report outputs without paying for custom development.
Additional Free Reporting Options
You most likely already know about the Folder and Form reports you can pull from the web and mobile. But there are many other reports you have access to from the InspectAll website as well. Some are optional, so if there's one you don't already have in your account, just send us a request.
Professional Services
In addition to the standard features we offer at no additional charge, we also offer a variety of professional services such as custom feature builds, custom reporting, and additional training and consultation. These services are priced based on complexity. You can read more about those HERE.
Custom Reports
InspectAll offers lots of great reporting options right out of the box. If you want an Insights report with additional information or parameters, or you want a folder report that offers some analytic data or additional images or sections, we can build your report to your specifications. Just send us the details, and we will provide you with a quote.
Feature Build
You may find that there is a feature that you would like developed within InspectAll that would help you with your processes. If it’s a feature that is compatible with the existing software platform, we are happy to build it for you. These feature development requests are considered on a case by case basis by our developers.
Training and Consultation
In general, training is provided as part of your Start Up service when you sign up with InspectAll. If you have new users or want to set up a consultation for your existing users after the implementation period, we offer several packages to help you out.
